When we process personal data in a hosted Moodle on a customer’s instructions, an Article 28 GDPR data-processing agreement will apply.
Scope
This page describes the future framework. It is not evidence that a customer portal is already processing data.
The customer (controller) and NubeAula UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (processor) will sign the DPA together with the hosting contract.
